Provided a new roof and extensive siding repairs for an army veteran that was injured during the Iraq war.

During the last week of June, Jonathan Bernal, a veteran who was injured during the Iraq War, received much-needed assistance repairing the exterior of his Oakdale home. According to Bernal, the siding had been a problem on his home for about three years. It had gotten so bad that birds had begun to live in the walls, especially the walls around his daughter’s bedroom. American Building Contractors, Inc. teamed up with the Foundation to cover all associated costs for the extensive repairs.
