Housing for Heroes: Penn Avenue, Minneapolis

The Housing First Minnesota Foundation and build partner Lennar will build a new three-bedroom single-family home that will be owned and operated by MACV. This project broke ground in July 2024 in North Minneapolis and will serve Minnesota veterans in need. Once completed, this new residence will provide veterans with stable housing and supportive services they need to transition into independent living.
